Mini Chocolate Pavlova Nests

Our first Easter celebration back with the family since the social distancing began meant that I wanted to find something delicious and beautiful to share with the fam. I turned to one of my faves, Canadian Living for inspiration. I just had to pull out all my past spring copies of the mag to peruse. And yes before you ask, I still get actual magazine subscriptions delivered to my home. For me nothing beats flipping through the glossy pages, from the beautiful photography to the little tips and tricks in the margins, it just can’t be beat.

I needed something beautiful, but that could travel fairly easily, we were travelling almost 2 hours to our destination. I found so many great options and finally settled on a beautiful pavlova. Based on the Canadian Living Luscious Chocolate Pavlova recipe I created individual Mini Chocolate Pavlova Nests topped with fresh whipped cream, mini eggs and chocolate flakes.
